Hey, I saw you also posted about this in the Formotus forum - do you have the same issue when you use the form outside of Formotus? Like - if you try it in preview on your machine, does the same issue occur?

 No, I meant I had already tried the Word technique earlier! I'll try using ..Compression.Cab... I saw an article on how to do that a while back. I'm now trying to produce the pdf with the combination of PdfSharp and HtmlRenderer. I'll let anyone interested know how it goes... //Hans Erik

Hmmm. So maybe the workflow can't be manually started? And in both instances (workflow runs & workflow errors) the same values are used in the list item? May need to try to track it down in the SharePoint logs...

however if i see the form in formotus app there are so many errors some says incorrect credentials, or some say an unknown submit error occured

I have a form which i use in formotus, when my form submit then using form rules i submit the form to sharepoint and after that form will also email to user but user received so many duplicate emails even a single form submitted can anyone know what can be the possible issue Thanks

They can open via the Filler but to open via the browser they need to access this via the datasheet view but cannot create a new form with the latter. When opened normally through the browser a blank page appears with no error message. We did have issues in the past where the error message was "The specified form template could not be found, ...
