I need this functionality but with the SubmitToSharePointList command. In the parameter list for this, I don't see any that will submit to the list as a user. Can this be done with qRules (or any other way)? I have qRules 6.1, InfoPath ... Posted to SharePoint Integration (Forum) by GwenW on 03-02-2015 Re: Submit to SharePoint List works on newly opened form, but not on subsequent submits (form not closed) Thank you for all your help! I played with the form and it finally hit me to clear the ID button when they "submit again", so that the system can generate a new number (I had assumed it would automatically do it). The submits are working fine now. Posted to General (Forum) by GwenW on 02-27-2015 Re: Submit to SharePoint List works on newly opened form, but not on subsequent submits (form not closed) I tested some more, and found that it still doesn't work, but differently from what I was thinking. It does in fact write to the list, but it overwrites the previous entry. So, I open the form and submitted, everything worked... Then leaving the form open, submit again and it does write, but overwrites the first one. I did this multiple ... Posted to General (Forum) by GwenW on 02-27-2015 Re: Submit to SharePoint List works on newly opened form, but not on subsequent submits (form not closed) Hi Don, if I disable the submits that work (the ones with nonrepeating fields), and only have the one that doesn't (repeating and nonrepeating fields)... it still does not work. It still will only submit to the list with a freshly opened form. If I submit again (form wasn't closed), it doesn't work. Hope that helps :) Posted to General (Forum) by GwenW on 02-27-2015 Re: Can InfoPath form be run as another user? I did more testing on the workflow piece (and some more research)...it looks like the copy item should work with attachments (what I found online). I tested multiple times... it looks like it works if the workflow is freshly published, but subsequent tries are flaky and typically don't move the attachment. If I republish the workflow, it will ... Posted to General (Forum) by GwenW on 02-27-2015 Can InfoPath form be run as another user? Hi, I have a browser InfoPath form that users can use to submit requests. If the user stumbles upon the actual SharePoint list that it writes to, I don't want them to be able to edit/add items to the list manually. If I can run the form as an admin (or me) then I can give the user view only permissions on the list. (I've looked online for ... Posted to General (Forum) by GwenW on 02-26-2015 Submit to SharePoint List works on newly opened form, but not on subsequent submits (form not closed) Hi, I have a browser form (but just testing in filler right now) that has a repeating group. I use maps to submit to 3 SharePoint lists. a full field list that has both nonrepeating, and repeating fields (including an attachment). Command: SubmitToSharePointList /submit=Sample_Request_Submit /mapping=mapping ... Thank you so much :) Posted to Browser Forms (Forum) by GwenW on 02-25-2015 Re: Disable Button Based on Field Values in a Repeating Group Hi Hilary, thanks for your help. The form doesn't quite do what I need. I changed the "or" to "and" on the rule conditions, and that got me closer. The first row works. I put a value in one field, the button enables. However, when I insert an item and put a value in a different field, the button doesn't enable (however ... Posted to Browser Forms (Forum) by GwenW on 02-24-2015 Disable Button Based on Field Values in a Repeating Group Hi, In a Browser Form - I have a repeating group in an InfoPath form containing various fields. I have a Submit button (I created, not an IP form submit button) that uses a map and "submits" data to a list (the form itself is never saved or submitted to SharePoint). I need to disable the submit button if all three specific fields ...
