Hello,
I have a very basic form created which will be for reporting something like computer errors. I have a rich text field so the user can write a note or paste a screen shot into the field. I want the data stored in a Sharepoint library. Is this possible? Will I see the image in Sharepoint (MOSS)?
I see there ...

Well, I think that did the trick! I'm not sure how/why I oringally created the recursive group. It seems to allow the rules, and allow repeating unique entries.
Thank you so much for your continued assistance.

Thank you for looking at this for me. I very much appreciate this help.
I must say, I'm not 100% certain that I know that I purposely set it up this way. What I had been attempting, with limited success, was to create a repeating group that allowed the fields to be unique each time. I had a very hard time to make ...

Hi, and thanks for the reply!
The lists are populated from a secondary data source (sharepoint list). I had this working before when i first tried doing the cascading lists, and then I needed to make it work in a repeating section. Once I got the repeating section to work I now can't see the Rules option. (I had deleted and ...

Hello,
I have 3 cascading drop-down list boxes in a repeating section. I want to create rules to ensure they are blanked if someone changes the second or third list box. When I right-click on the control I don't even get a rules option any more.
What am I missing?

Yes, sorry i did have == I guess I deleted that accidently. I can run the code without errors but it returns my
else MessageBox.Show("Error")
when I open the form and the LastNameNav is blank (Previewing the form). I may have to abandon this cause I've spent hours trying to make this simple condition work (which ...

God I must be thick in the head. Like you said, yes I would like to check one field only to see if it's blank then proceed accordingly. I understand this is a coding question moreso than Infopath and I'm greatful for the continued help.
I tried it like this but it always pops up my "error" window even ...

Yes, I see now this would have to be done in the code. Alas I am not a coder, but do get the concept of the conditions. I was able to use the following code from a blog and make it work for my use. I'm not usually one for hand holding, but in this case I need it. Is anyone able to help me with the specific issue ...

Hi,
Sorry....tombstone data I'm referring to Name, Address, Telephone, etc. And yes, my OnLoad event runs code to populate these fields on the main datasource.
I guess I'm just really slow...what rule do I use on each of the fields I only want once? Sorry if this is a simple question, I'm still new to form ...
