So - if your dropdowns are in a repeating section, it is probably best to just query for all the data (as long as it doesn't impact load times for the form or cause other issues because the data load is huge). That's because if you requery the data source for the initial dropdown on each selection, you could end up with no data available ...

Does the data source for A contain the abbreviation? If so, this can be done, but the filter is a little more complex. When you add the filter to drop down B, you'll add a filter where the region abbreviation is equal to the region abbreviation in the data source for A where the full region name is equal to the region selected in the form. It ...

It may be a little more complex than that - in the condition builder for the filter on drop down b, you'd select the abbreviation from B. Then is equal to and in the third dropdown, use a formula. In the formula, you'd pick the abbreviation from data source A and add a filter - in that filter, you'd select the region in data source A ...

Generally, with cascading dropdowns, I add a rule to each field involved to clear the child field on change. So, Business Group needs a rule to set Sub Group to blank when it changes. And Sub Group needs a rule to set Equipment Detail to blank. This should be the first rule for each field. That way the now-invalid choice doesn't ...

Your filters look right. The issue is how you've configured your dropdowns, I think. Right now, you have the value and display set so that the Service dropdown will store a Network value, and the Team dropdown will store a Service value. That is why your filter on Team isn't working - the value stored in Service is going to be a Network, ...

Without seeing the form with the XML resource file I can't begin to guess. Have you opened the XML in a text editor and searched for "#N/A"? I think in another post, you talked about creating this XML from Excel - #N/A is a common error in Excel, like when a VLOOKUP doesn't return a value. In the last version of the form I looked ...

Sorry for the confusion - I originally was getting values from Default-Values based on Sales Org for those four fields (Payment Terms, Inco Terms, etc.), but now everything (those 4 fields, as well as the 16 Edoc fields) needs to be from Country instead.
"Are you saying you need to get a value from Default-Values where the country matches ...

So - just to make sure I understand what you are trying to do - you need to get values from Default Values based on Country and Sales Org? I'm sorry, I'm just super confused at this point about the data relationships. Are you saying you need to get a value from Default-Values where the country matches the country selected in the form or ...

Well - there isn't any restriction on the number of cascading dropdowns, so I'd suspect the issue is with the filter you have on your third dropdown. Can you attach a copy of your form under the Options tab in a reply so I can see what you've got for a filter?

When you change business level 0, you need to add rules to set all the fields bound to dropdowns for level 1 to blank. You need rules on all the fields for dropdowns for level 1 to set the respective dropdowns for level 2 to blank. You need to double check all your conditional formatting - I see some rules that aren't resolving correctly ...
