I am still not clear about this. I tried the word view but i do not have or know what an XSLT file is. My main thing is that I need a field (text box) from the form to be printed in the header. I am using IP 2003. 

I have IP 2003. I would like to have a text box that the user fills out in the form and then that value would display in the header. is this possible?

 How can I put a text box in the header. The only thing i seem to be able to put into it is the page number etc.

So what can i put in the header besides the page number and stuff like that?

I have a drop down list with several names in it so that it is easier for the user to find a name. I also need the box to be able to accept a name entered by the user. How do i do this?

I have a form in which people have to initial beside certain steps. I made it more user friendly by allowing them to put one major step and several little steps below it in an optional section. The problem is that I can't add the lines for the intials becasue the steps and the initials are in two different columns. I can't just add say 4 ...

I want to insert a header that is a table of information. I have gone through the header and i already have the page numbers on it and I want that to sat but add the rest. How can I do that?

I created a button at the bottom of a form for the user to be able to view and print in landscape. I have the button working correctly so that when it is pressed, it switches to landscape view. My problem is that in order to get it to PRINT in landscape view, i have to go to print properties and change the view. How can i fix it so that when ...

I figured it out.  i do have another question though.   I have an option button that i need in the form but i do not want it to be printed. is it possible to hide this button during the print process??

I would like to be able to have the option of filling out the form in the landscape view so that they have more room to write. how would i do this?
