Since your in office 2007 it's much simplier than 2003.  Are you pushing the infopath fields to sequel server?  You can link a Word doc to sequel and create a macro so everytime the specific word doc is open it pulls requested data.

Property Promotion 'Count' in a repeating table

Re: submit button only working first time

I just got over this within my browser enabled form with a simple text statement. If your creating a new form, hit SUBMIT If your updating an existing form, hit SAVE (ensure save button is enabled in form options).   done.
