Thanks for that, Not sure that it helps me per say, I basically need some columns of the form to be created/copied into a SharePoint list or a Form Library with a certain trimmed down view. I have been searching Google but doesn't seem to be running into a workable solution. cheers

Hi Ted, Thanks for your help, I have tried this but the problem seems that the approve is associated with edit, once I remove edit the approve removes itself too. I wonder is there is a way to set the infopath form fields to be none editable once submited, so in this case the approver wont be able to edit due to infopath rules rather than ...
