Hi Kcoakley, when you make a change to a schema the promoted fields which appear in the document library change as they are indexed under field number so any change to the order of the fields promoted will result in fields no longer appearing in the library. To fix this relink the documents and if nessecary rebuild the view.

There is also a bug in the rendering under IE 8 in the library so if it's just that then highlight all the text, you may find that the text is there but not displaying until refresh.

I may be wrong on both these counts but I find libraries very quirky at the best of times.

Answering this for future readers, as I did not see this answer anywhere. When publishing the forms (do NOT use Quick Publish in IP 2010 if you are having this problem), when you get to the column promotion list, open your columns and make sure the columns are using "existing column" (or something like that) instead of "create new column". If you have to change it to existing column, then you must select the proper column from the list.
