     Hello again Hilary,

    Hopefully you'll take a follow-up question...

I got the repeating tables working great - thx for that.  Now, using your States form as the example, a user selects 3 states but the reviewer should not have to look at all 50 states + D.C. to see what was selected.

What I want is to have a Reviewer repeating table below the User repeating table.  The reviewer table should only display what was selected from the user table (in my example above there would be only 3 states showing).

What I've been working on is to sync the tables and then use a rule in reviewer table to only display checked items, but I cannot get the tables to sync in regards to the checkboxes (showing all checked or none checked).

    Do you have any suggestions?

Figured out a solution, somewhat odd but it's working...

Here's how I did it in case anybody is curious, the short version:

Create 2 repeating tables (User and Reviewer) that are exactly the same and have the functionality as described in this thread. At least 4 fields are required for each table:

    • Title textbox for both (named Tools in my case)
    • A checkbox for the User table (USelect) set to Boolean 1/0 and a Textbox for Reviewer table (RSelect) set to string value.
    • SharePoint list ID as textbox for both (UID and RID).
    • A textbox for each. When the value=1 it shows everything from the SP list in the repeating tables (described earlier in this thread).

Make sure the Reviewer repeating table populates with all items (Title and ID) exactly as the User table.

Open the Properties of the RSelect textbox and create the following fx formula: USelect; Filter by UID=RID
RSelect will now show a mix of 0 and false. Selecting/clicking the checkbox USelect changes RSelect to 1, or 0 when unchecking.
As a final touch, create a Formatting rule in the Reviewer table to hide any 'RSelect <> 1'
