Love the file name.
So, at the bottom of the design checker is a "Verify on server" checkbox as well as a "Change settings... " link. Click on Change settings and enter the URL of your server that runs InfoPath Forms Services into the Server validation field. Click Ok. Then click the verify on server checkbox and try refreshing the design checker w/ the refresh button.
