There should be examples of conditional ShP mapping here and here.

Hope this helps!

Can DBXL submit a form to multiple SharePoint libraries and still map data between those multiple libraries and one table in db?

I have a form that I want to submit to a different library, depending on who (what department) is filling it out. So submit one form to one library at a time, but it could be a different library each time. So basically I want the form to be a content-type in SharePoint. In this scenario, I would typically publish the form to each library and where the form is initiated, the form would submit. Since my understanding with DBXL is the template is stored in the web service, I don't need to publish to a specific library.

Can I use DBXL this way in scenario described above and maintain the mulitiple libraries to one table in a db mappings?
