DBXL error with UDCX connection

My Infopath which has a couple UDCX connections (in a data connection library that connects to a SQL view) will not open in DAT. Any suggestions?

The error says the Internet address is not valid.

Details of error (I took out the server name, etc):

InfoPath cannot create a new, blank form.
InfoPath cannot open the form. To fix this problem, contact your system administrator.
Form template:
The query cannot be run for the following DataObject:

InfoPath cannot run the specified query.
The data connection file could not be accessed.
The file cannot be accessed.
