I could neither remove it nor repair it and I was stuck. In case someone encounters the following error while installation</p> <p>&nbsp;&quot;An exception occured while uninstalling. This excepion will be ignored and the uninstall will continue. However, the application might not be fully uninstalled after the uninstall is complete --&gt; The saved State dictionary contains inconsistent data and might have been corrupted&quot;</p> <p>&nbsp;In case of this error please follow this earlier post &quot; <a href="http://www.infopathdev.com/files/folders/dbxlinstall/entry22506.aspx">http://www.infopathdev.com/files/folders/dbxlinstall/entry22506.aspx</a></p> <p>&nbsp;Please make sure you go to <font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman"><strong>C:\inetpub\wwwroot\QdabraWebService\install\Qdabra.Dbxl.Installer.InstallState</strong>. and replace this file with a good one, or&nbsp;use the code given in the post above. That is change the code within the above file with that given in the post. best would be to get a new file and replace your old file.</font></font></p> <p><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">One can then proceed to remove the earlier Qdabra installation by going to the Add/Remove programs in the control panel. Once this is done re install DBXL and it works fine</font></p>
