Navigate to http://demo3/QdabraWebService/ on the server where DBXL is installed. Then click on the link for the Active Directory Service, and then click on GetAllUsers.

Page 25 of this document has some information on GetAllUsers:

http://www.infopathdev.com/files/folders/others/entry56816.aspx

In the case of our LDAP, I can use OU=SBSUsers,OU=Users,OU=MyBusiness, but I guess AD is different in each instance.

Have you tried modifying the value of Max Count?
How to use GetAllUsers (Qdabra)

I am trying to use the "GetAllUsers" function, but not understanding how to filter out what is not required, I have hooked up the connection and am trying to filter on OU, but it seems to only give the first 100 names (alphabetically) regardless of the filter I put in. For instance its giving me names of people who are no longer active etc. I have the active OU group names, I just cant work out how to filter out what i need. Can anyone help?.
