User can&#39;t access the one section which I have hidden it.&nbsp;Also, I would like to disable all controls and enable these controls when they submit the other section. Can I do this in email workflow with rules and other validation&nbsp;WITHOUT using sharepoint designer work flow. </p><p>Thanks!</p>
