I have set up a second library which forms move to once complete. Only the forms owner (head of department) has contribute access to these libraries. I have tested with random staff and they can no longer see the forms as they dont have any permissions at all, but once the form moves to complete library the person who submitted a form will automatically receieve email an email with a link to the form. </p><p>Even though people dont have permissions to these complete libraries will the emails still be automatically sent to them?</p><p>Thanks</p>
