Within the workflow, add an update step to update the activity. Go to the Additional Fields tab and you will find the Actual End date. You can set it to a static or dynamic value

I have just published an InfoPath form into SharePoint and now need to finish it off by constructing some workflows. My form contains a large number of date fields and I need to set up workflow actions off of each of them.

I need to set up workflows to send e-mails out 7days prior to the date and also on the date in each field. I'm just wondering if there is any way to do this besides going through one by one and assigning a workflow to each date field?

I'm using SharePoint Designer and I know how to use the 'Add Time to Date' function to tell the workflow when to send the e-mails but before I plunge headlong into setting up the workflow I just thought I would check if there is a neater / more dynamic (and less time consuming) way to approach this workflow (i.e is there a way to make the workflow search for all the date fields and apply the add time to date rule to all of them) or will I have to go through and set up a workflow for each individual date field?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
