Hi!

1. Add a field to the form schema and call it EmailRecipient.

2. Set your email data connection to send email to EmailRecipient

3. Use a rule to set the value of EmailRecipient, according to the employees accessing the form.

In other words, your data connection should not be using a static email. You should point the data connection's TO field to EmailRecipient, and then simply change the value of EmailRecipient as needed.

Hi all, I have infopath form(infopath 2010) called salary advanced request, which so many views like HOD view,HR view, Finance View etc. when the form is opening sharepoint browser employee name is populating in employeename field. I have done one list workflow for this form, from the desinger. My question is whenever any approver reject the request, requester should get alert. Let me explain how i did this: For example: If HR approve status equals NO send email: Current Item: EmployeeName (This action not working, here employee name is request submitter) But i write like this: If HR approve status equals NO send email: test@domainname.com (this action working) here test is static user name, in this condition alert is coming to test user. This is static email id. But i want dynamic employee email id, so that any employee can raise the request. I want like: send email: Current Item: EmployeeName (here employee name is infopath dynamic name field) Any help please. how can i do this????
