By including and Absolute enclosed URL in my email using here in the body, I have been able to include the current document url.

Also, I included a check box that when the send button is clicked it changes the check box to true. Whenever you click Save and Close button the checkbox is updated to be false. In my workflow I have a step where if the check box is true, then send an email. Works flawlessly. Hope this helps if you are having the same difficulties.

*** POPULATING A DOCUMENT URL IN A SENT EMAIL ***

Hi, I am having difficult populating a document URL in a sent email. I have a form library in which a user can create a new form. I have started a workflow initated by a form being created. I then need to send an email with the url of the form that was created. I would usually just use "assign a to do task", but for some reason on my network it is not working properly like in the past. Furthermore I need to send an email anytime the form is modified "by anyone". Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. This is a great forum for getting solid feedback. Thanks !!!
