I would need to be able to differentiate between incoming requests (in approval) and incoming requests for the same project but approved...

That only deals with one external user, but it might be adaptable to your needs.

The problem is that you need somewhere to store/display the data you receive. If you don't use Sharepoint, where do people see the status of approval?

Workflow just with InfoPath and Outlook (without Sharepoint)

Hi all - I would need to implement some kind of workflow - unfortunately I have no sharepoint solution available.

Scenario:

Community member submits project requests with capacity demand estimations (lets say for up to 5 different service types)

Only community members who got asked for capacity - should receive project request

These members should verify their specific capacity requests, do adjustments and finally approve or decline the capacity requests

All approved requests of one single project should go from various approvers to one central coordinator (lets say to me)

Would be great if everyone could see that a request is still in approval or already approved (some kind of status information)

Do you think that this would be possible without being a developer?

How to? Where to start?

Thanks and best regards
