Probably the simplest is to add a button with an action to run a query (the one for the data source that returns the info you use&nbsp;in that list box)&nbsp;and make sure your form includes some help text so that users know to click it after creating a new partner form. If you look in some of the symbol fonts, like Wingdings, you can find some nifty little symbols you can use for the font for you button, so that it looks like a &#39;refresh&#39; button....</p>

Updating a list box after entering information into a secondary form

I have a main event form and I have a drop down list box for partner organizations. As the person is entering the information for the event into the main form, I would like for them to be able to search the list box for the partner organization. If the partner is not there, I have it set up to click on a control button to open the partner form and enter the information. I have a control box for after collecting the information, it closes the partner form and goes back to the main form. however the partner list does not update unless I close the main form completly, thus loosing what I just entered in the main form? Is there any suggestions on how to get around this issue? Thank you.
