I have a Sharepoint document library which is automatically populated by emails received as sent from various users. I will call this my "Inbox".

I would like to automatically add these documents as an Attachment to an Infopath form which resides in a different Sharepoint Document Library. I will call this my "Requests" folder

I would like to find an easy way to attach the document into a InfoPath "Request' form. At the moment, I have to manually create a new "Request" Form then attach in the document that I want from the "Inbox". Ideally I would like to right-click on the document in the "Inbox", with an option like "Add to new Request", and the request form then opens with the document attached already. This would save my data entry staff so much time if it were possible.

I think this might be more appropriate to a Sharepoint Workflow, rather than an InfoPath form, but if anyone has any pointers or steps as to how to get this working, that would be much appreciated. many thanks, David J.
