I want the workflow to do the following,<br /></p><ol><li>User fills out purchase order and submits to Form Library</li><li>Email is sent to approver letting them know there is a order which needs to be approved.</li><li>Once approved the form is updated with a field saying the order is approved and who it was approved by</li><li>An email is sent to the creator, the creator then prints the form.<br /></li></ol>Currently I have everything working except including the approval on the form. <p>So far I have tried.&nbsp;</p><ul><li>including a control in the form with the @approval_status from the form library I am submitting to but it will only show the initial approval status of 2 (pending). This does not update when I approve the document.</li><li>Createing an Open rule which switches to a different view when @approval_status = 0. This didn&#39;t work, so just for kicks I tried @approval_status ≠ 2, this also did not work.<br /><br /></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;Can anyone point me in the right direction?<br /></p> <p>&nbsp;Any help would be greatly appreciated.</p><p>&nbsp;<br />Thanks in Advance.<br /><br />&nbsp;</p><p><br /><br />&nbsp;</p>
