When&nbsp;this workflow starts, a mail is send to the concerned person who is authorised to approve or reject that form. But when&nbsp;that person &nbsp;tries to open that form by clicking on the link which in there in outlook, it is showing&nbsp;an error &nbsp;&quot;The form has been closed&quot;.</p> <p>I am really not getting how is this happening. Please give your suggestions.I am really in a mess.</p><p>&nbsp;I know that i need to check workflow.xml file. I have created a OOB Workflow, not in designer and VS.
