When I do that, error says 'lookup defined is not guaranteed to return a single value'. How do I get around that? I want to include the field, only if it has data. I want to include any attachments in the Task Assignment email. Right now you have to go to the list item to view the attachment. Can the Task Assignment page be customized to include fields from the list? Now it only display Task related fields. Thanks for any tips or suggestions. John
