There is a pause until date activity that I think would work for this - you could add a workflow to the list, create a variable for the date (i.e., class date minus 14) OR you could have a calculated column in your list for the reminder date, either approach should work....

I need to send one email reminder 14 days before the event date to each person assigned to the event. There are multiple records for the same event and event date with a different person assigned each record. My columns are: Class Display Name Start Date and Time End Date and Time StudentEmail Row 1 - Class 1 Fred 8/1/17 6:00AM 8/1/17 4:30PM Fred@mail.com Row 2 - Class 1 Sam 8/1/17 6:00AM 8/1/17 4:30PM Sam@mail.com Row 3 - Class 1 Lisa 8/1/17 6:00AM 8/1/17 4:30PM Lisa@mail.com Thanks for any help.
