All that I am looking for is, I would need my sharepoint to send e-mail when that calculated time has passed. Note: I have set my sharepoint timing as PST, and irrespective of the user I need sharepoint to send e-mail only when the time has crossed the limit in PST. Here is glimpes of form: Create date and time: Current PST time appears automatically here. Due date and time: time in PST appears automatically here. I would need my system to send e-mail as soon as time passes Due date and time in PST. Can someone help me this please?
