smanasa, I'm sure by now you've already fixed this issue, (I should hope you have anyway!?!) But for the record, and I'm really no expert in this.. I can only tell you what I found over my short time in SharePoint. Try placing a wait 1 minute statement just before the send email. Sometimes the email get sent before SharePoint has had time to refresh the data to the server. Hope if this helps. Mike

Hi,

I have form library on SharePoint 2010 and created a workflow to send an email everytime a new item is created. The workflows is running correctly, however it is sends a email with blank values as below. The value are stored in SharePoint correctly.

Customer Name:

Contact Number:

Incident/Request Date & Time: 1/1/0001 12:00:00 AM

Incident/Request Type:

Issue / Request Summary:

Application:

Product / Function:

Can you please let me know how to resolve this issue.
