There is an approval workflow setup and everything works as expected. However, the client wants to send a PDF document to one of the e-mail addresses which is a field captured on the InfoPath form. I would like to include this process in the workflow but, cannot find out how to accomplish this. I am looking for a solution. Currently, I have the user click on the form in SP, once it has an autonumber generated on the document, then using a 3rd party pdf converter, print to a folder on their laptop, then open OUTLOOK and attach the PDF file to the e-mail and send. Any ideas on a good solution?
