I looked at the template but it doesn't give me the option to look at the rules or any formatting of field controls.
I guess what I am wondering, is if the rules need to be applied in infopath, or should I be creating a separate workflow that gets started when the form is submitted...
Thanks,

I'm fairly new to Infopath and an developing a form for order entry.
I have all the fields and controls built with validation but I am struggling a bit to submit the form to different email addresses is this done in infopath or in a workflow>?

I need to send the form to different email address based on the fields that are selected... as an example.

If any of the fields in the “Order type” were selected the order should go to orders@company.com.

If “Services” is checked off -the email should go to services@company.com
If “Services” is checked off – email the consulting manager that is selected with all the files and details of the order being entered.

If anyone knows how to accomplish this I would appreciate the knowledge transfer.
