I really need some help with the web services that have to be created for infopath.

I have my web service written I just am having the HARDEST time ever trying to find out how to connect the web service to Info path 2010.

What do I need to do with the UDDI in order to get the web service to connect to my form on info path?
I need to submit and receive data through the form and have it be connected to a SQL Data Base and it will constantly be updated.

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!
