Hello, I am designing a form template that receives and submits datasets to a web service. The form works fine the first time around, then it cannot retreive the data giving me the message:

The query method on the Document object failed.

InfoPath cannot run the specified query.

The attribute '{http://www.w3.org/XML/1998/namespace}space' on the element 'PERSON_LAST_NAME' is not defined in the DTD/Schema.

When I call the web service from the browser, it works fine and returns the expected XML result.

I gather the form's DTD Schema is somehow getting corrupted, has anybody seen this? Any suggestions?
