I took a look at tools->default values but i don't see any mapping options that will allow me to accomplish that.

Re: InfoPath Repeater in a generic web service

It sounds like you should be able to use Tools->Default Values to hardcode the Name values. Am I mistaken?

InfoPath Repeater in a generic web service

I have a web service that has a very generic definition, it takes a bunch of
parameters but they are all in a single array of name value pairs. To give you
an idea of what I mean, here is the equivilient code in c#:

namevalarray[0].Name =
"workitem_comment";

namevalarray[0].Value =
"Comment";

namevalarray[1].Name =
"workitem_title";

namevalarray[1].Value =
"Title";

namevalarray[2].Name =
"category_value";

namevalarray[2].Value = "Service Request\\Access
Request";
namevalarray[3].Name
= "category_lookup_id";

namevalarray[3].Value = 1;

In InfoPath if i try to build a form for this the designer is forcing me to
use a repeater, but then i can't hardcode the name in the name value pair. If i
create individual form elements then i can't submit a value for all of the name
value pairs i need. There must be a simple solution for this, any ideas?
