He is accessing our network through a VPN. The sharepoint site is showing his correct info at the top of the page, but the text box i am populating on the form with the user info is not correct. This is working fine for many other users.</p> <p>Any ideas on what would cause this type of behavior or how to troubleshoot?</p> <p>&nbsp;TIA<br />Dean</p>
