The webservice takes one string ie the entire form XML and writes relavant nodes to the database. The webservice is called on a check box tick which is embedded using rules. Everytime i try to submit form the browser It says

Some rules were not applied.

in the details " Form failed to submit"

I looked up the logs and this is what i got

Form Name: CapitalWorksBeta15, IP: , Request: server form service URL , Form ID: urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:infopath:CapitalWorksBeta15:-myXSD-2008-07-24T02-54-34, Type: DataAdapterException, Exception Message: The response to the web service request is not a valid XML file. '0' is an unexpected token. The expected token is '"' or '''. Line 17, position 38.) 6c32d5ba-e07a-41dc-bf6b-3ec0f9f29164

I have checked the data connection. i am submitting the entire form as a string.

When i try this from the client it works fine. the same form does not work on browser.
