I've reduced the size of the xml file and included it as a resource file. Want to find out, is there a way i can query the xml data?
For example, I input an ID and it checks the xml data for one that has that ID and displays all the data related to it.
Thanks

Re: Publish to email with a query from database connection

Hi

Sharepoint is currently not live in our organisation and we need to achieve an offline application.
Your advice would be appreciated.

Re: Publish to email with a query from database connection

Hi

You cannot publish a form template to a list of e-mail message recipients if the form template contains a query data connection. If you need to display data from an external data source, store the data from the external data source in a resource file (resource file: A file created outside of InfoPath, such as an .html, .xml, or .xsd file, which is added to a form template to support the functionality of the form.). Then you can include this resource file with the form template.

Publish to email with a query from database connection

Good day,
