Does it give you a line number that the error occurs on? InfoPath can sometimes give some incredibly ambiguous error messages that the developer is simply left in utter disblief after seeing. Hopefully you can recover so you don't have to start from scratch.

Error Submitting Form

Crazyness. I'll try to keep it simple. I'm trying to understand what might be the cause.

Two forms, one called JOBS and one called VALUEADD.

JOBS has a main data connection to a SQL Server table called "NEWJOB".

VALUEADD has a secondary data connection to NEWJOB from which I query data from NEWJOB through custom code.

The problem: When I sumit the VALUEADD form successfully, it breaks the form that corresponds in JOBS. I get the following error when trying to sumbit the "JOBS" form tied to the record I just queried.

**************The following error occurred:******************

InfoPath cannot submit the form.
Some rules were not applied.
InfoPath cannot submit the form.
An error occurred while the form was being submitted.
Unspecified error

File:script.js
