Feild one is a autonumber incrementing by 1 (ie 1001,1002,1003...) Feild 2 is a Pull down used for a Document selecting,It connects to the sql database and extract documents names. Feild 3 is a Pull down feild<br />to Select users. This form is a way to assign partnumbers to documents in sharepoint document libraries.<br /><br />SQL.<br />Sql datadase is connected to sharepoint to which it stores all of the documents in Document Libraries.
