https://www.infopathdev.com:443/forums/46.aspx For questions concerning issues in the integration of SharePoint and Microsoft InfoPath.enCommunityServer 2007 SP3 (Build: 31118.962)https://www.infopathdev.com:443/forums/thread/99917.aspxTue, 04 Nov 2014 16:29:39 GMT033a2e2d-04e2-4a9d-be01-a4634161eefd:99917ander2cc0https://www.infopathdev.com:443/forums/thread/99917.aspxhttps://www.infopathdev.com:443/forums/commentrss.aspx?SectionID=46&PostID=99917<p>I know this is more of a Sharepoint Designer question, but if a solution could be found using Infopath that would be great as well (although I doubt it.)</p><p>&nbsp;I currently have a list with hundreds of items already populated.&nbsp; The workflow for the list sends updates whenever a change is made to any item to the person who submitted the item, along with assigns a project number, sends reminders to the employee working the list, etc.&nbsp; &nbsp;A new manager has requested a new field be added to the list, and have it retroactively set for all the existing items.&nbsp; </p><p>&nbsp;I need to find a way to disable the workflow so it does not send updates for all of the existing items.&nbsp; I don&#39;t want to remove the workflow association because any items are in the middle of the workflow, and I don&#39;t want the alerts and updates on those items to be lost.</p><p>Anyone have any ideas?</p>
