I'm trying to build a fairly simple form to replace a spreadsheet but I've run into a problem.
I want to provide the users with a single SharePoint list with some views of the data captured by the form they'll fill in but I need to allow them to provide one set of main details (name, location etc) and then a repeating table with multiple entries of the same 3 details.
I've read that this is tricky but possible if I edit the XPath values to create pseudo relative paths but I can't get my head around it.
Is there a simpler way to be able to fill in a single form and submit multiple items to the host list without having to capture the main details over and over?

I've attached a screen shot of what I'm trying to build.

Thanks in advance.
