I wonder if anyone have a solution for this issue. I already search the internet, and everyone was saying that this was because not having a content for the sharepoint root site.
But for my case, I have the root site, and I also develop our main sharepoint website on the root.

We can open the sharepoint site normally. All existing infopath forms in our site are working normally. Even I can also edit and re-publish an existing IP form to the sharepoint normally.
This is only happen when I'm trying to create a new form for a sharepoint list (where the Data Connection Wizard shows). And after entering the location of the sharepoint site in it, click next, and the error shows.
Also happens when I try to create a new data connection for an already existing IP form.
Editing the existing connection to SP, is not a problem.

I already try this using different PC, but the problem is the same. So I guess it's not related to the IP installation.

Any solution for this? Or any log/event to check? Already try to look at the event managers on both the PC with IP installed and the server, but no luck.
This just happening about a week ago. Before, it was okay.

Thank you for the support... :)
