My goal </p><p>is to provide one form with more views and lock individual fields for users and groups.<br />I am a system architect, not a developer so unfortunatelly I have no knowledge about programming. </p><p>I already did the following successfully:</p><p>created a form for our costum list<br />created views and jump accross with some buttons<br />added in info path an additonal data source (another costum list in SharePoint).<br />Created a few cells in sharepoint for the list<br />Added a rule with following condition:</p><p>&quot;Hide the element if the following is true&quot;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;Person1 (source from other datalist) does not contain userName()<br />&nbsp;or<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;Person2 (source from other datalist) does not contain userName()</p><p><br /></p><p>This works if i cleary define this persons in the other sharepoint list. However I am not able to check if the current user who edit the form is <br />member of an ad group. Is this possible? This would be a much better solution as the sharepoint list.</p><p>Thanks for your help!<br />&nbsp;</p>
