This might also need to create a question matrix list where every single question is held.</p> <p>I would like to create 1 .xsn file that the questions are generated by a drop down list of filename. The user then answers a simple check box and then submits to a form library AND a list where each line is each question. I need the list so I can complete trend analysis on which answers are checked etc...</p> <p>I&#39;m guessing I need the following:</p> <ul> <li> <div>A&nbsp;form library where the question editor uploads new/edits existing forms</div></li> <li> <div>A list question matrix with all questions from every questionnaire (needed?)</div></li> <li> <div>A form library where submitted questionnaires are held</div></li> <li> <div>A list where every single question from every single questionnaire that has been completed is held</div></li></ul> <p>Is there any documentation anywhere detailing this?
