Promoting columns in a Forms Library

I have a forms library set up with all the fields promoted. We alrady have tons of data stored in it.

Now I need to change the Names of some of the columns in the Library because we are changing them on the form in InfoPath.

I have found away to change some of them by checking the "allow user to edit data in this field by using a datasheet or properties page".

However I can not choose this option for Date Picker and People Picker fields.

Does anyone know how to change the names of the Columns in the forms library for those fields?
