I am having trouble because with a drop down, you can only choose one, and then only one task, which then would require the form to be submitted multiple times. However, with check boxes, there is no way that I have discovered, to specify what you are specifically doing. For example, when I check mark two departments and then four tasks, how do I discern which touches go with which task with which department? We CANNOT combine the number of touches into a big total.

So that is basically what I have been trying to figure out. And I know there is a way, but I just can’t seem to figure it out. Also, I’m not really sure what it would look like on the back end, so that when each user submits the form, it will show that information accurately.
