Infopath field validation not working

Hi All,

I have customized my Sharepoint 2010 list using infopath 2010.

I have one multiple line text field in which i have set validation rules - as shown in attachment [ will not allow numbers start with 37 [15 digit no]

when i check in infopath perview view its working fine..But after publishing in sharepoint its not .

Please reply back what can be done to rectify this.
