Sharepoint List lookup over Multiple lists

Hi,

Anyone know how I can make InfoPath search 3 different lists based on data entered into a search field, I need the form to look at the Search field and if found in one of the 3 lists populate a description field

I know how to get InfoPath to lookup one list and return a value but the other 2 lists I just cant work out.

LIST NAMES:

List1

List2

List3

Search "TEST"

Search SharePoint list 1 if found populate description

if not found search SharePoint list 2 if found populate description

if not found Search SharePoint list 3 if found populate description

Hope this is clear what i'm trying to do, please help , Also note i'm very limited with access to the server so no Code can be used
