Hi Mehfuz,

To my understanding, you are encountering issues integrating a SharePoint task list with InfoPath, and querying data from SQL, DBXL. However, we are unable to determine exactly which part of the design you are having trouble with, and which specific type of error or issue are you encountering. We would also like to know if all the data are being pulled from SQL alone, or are you querying data from other sources as well? Any additional information would be helpful.

Hi I am having problem with integrating SharePoint project task list and Infopath

Here is the detail of the Probem

SharePoint project task list the fields will be in the Data source.

1. Task name also subtasks

2. Start Date

3. Due Date

4. Task ID Infopath Form (Budget Form)

Fieds

1. “Project name “ it is a SQL data base where all the project name is stored.

2. “Task Name” This field is actually same as project name and Parent Task name to verify that the user is creating budget for correct project .

3. “WIP Name” This field is Child task name

4. “WIP Details” This field is Child’s Child task name.

5. Amount and some other Calculated fields (Form 2 to 5 all of the fields are in repeating table)

Having problem to get the Data correctly

After that user will submit and get the data to SQL using DBXL

Is my Design is wrong or should I Use any other way to do it

Please any help would be very much appreciated.
