Library > Library Settings > Click on Content Type > Columns > Add from existing site or list columns.

Columns needed are to be listed here.

SP2010 Single Doc Library... Two Content Types... This library has 2 content types that are both InfoPath 2010 forms.

Admin View has create button on page that calls Admin IP form. Via this button I can open the Admin form, enter data and Save via button on form. Works perfectly.

Same Library but Requester View, inserted into a Web Part Page. Requester View inserted into page. Create Requester form button on page. Via this button I can open the Requester form, enter data and Save via button on form. Only my Filename writes back to the library.

Both forms have 2 data connections:
A secondary to generate unique filename that shows the admin form type and creator. I query Library, set ID to max(ID)+1, then set Filename to = concat("Admin/Req-00',ID,Current users initials). I use this a lot. Might not be the sexiest way to accomplish this but works perfectly.

The primary data connection to submit to the library. Each form has this connection set the same and is triggered via a button on each form.

I have checked Property Promotion and they are both set the same.

So the file is being created so it's not a permissions thing or connection thing.

Anyone have any ideas???
