Are you using rules for submitting? You'll need to in order to have the form submit to two data connections. You can find those under the submit options - select perform submit using rules.

Hello- I have a web browser form that was created in infopath that I would like to submit to both a Form library and a database. I have created two data conections, the first conection is to submit to a form library, while the second connection uses DCL (web service) to send the data to the DB.

The issue I'm having is that the form is being populated only one of connections (Only being posted to the one that has the default conection setting enabled)
